Refund and Cancellation Policy
At HueZy, my goal is to make choosing colors simple, stress-free, and inspiring. Because each virtual or in-person consultation is personalized and begins with behind-the-scenes work, all HueZy consultations are non-refundable after 14 days OR once the questionnaire is received. If a refund is necessary, a $20 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for in-person consultations. If you are not home for a scheduled in-person consultation, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the fee and is non-refundable.
If you have any concerns about your service or need clarification after receiving your recommendations, I am always happy to help. Please email patti@huezywv.com along with testing photos of the color selections so I can adjust your selections if necessary.
All digital files, mood boards, and shopping links provided by HueZy are considered delivered at the time of purchase. These items are non-refundable, as they are custom-created.
Your satisfaction matters deeply to me. If you feel something was missing or unclear in your consultation, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your recommendations. I’m happy to offer clarification or minor updates to ensure you feel confident moving forward.

Overview-HueZy provides virtual and in-person paint color consultations, trim and hard-finish recommendations, digital mood boards, and other design-related services. These services are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. By using our site or booking any service, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old.
Services provided-all services provided are based on the information, measurements, and photos YOU provide. HueZy is not responsible for inaccurate results due to incomplete or incorrect client submissions.
Payment-all prices are in USD and is required in full at time of booking. HueZy reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, but changes will never affect purchases already completed.
Client Responsibilities- By booking a service, you agree to submit clear photos and the questionnaire after purchase of a consultation.
Intellectual property- All content created by HueZy-including color palettes, mood boards, design recommendations, diagrams, downloadable guides, and written materials-is the intellectual property of HueZy. You may use these materials for personal use only.
No Guarantees or Liability- HueZy provides advice and recommendations based on professional judgment and the information provided by you. Your use of the services is at your own discretion and risk.
Third-Party Links-Some recommendations or shoppable links may connect you to third-party websites. Review their policies before purchasing.
We value your privacy. By using our services, you agree to how we collect and use information. All payments are processed through secure third-party services. HueZy does not store full credit card information. We do not sell your personal data.
